Managed Client service

Our Managed Client service enables you to extend manageablity of client devices and the user workspace beyond the normal boundaries of the enterprise. We provide:

  1. the client agents and management systems
  2. automatic configuration, monitoring, reporting and fault-fixing.

The Managed Client service is a full-featured service suitable for enterprise requirements. When you 'tag' a device as an Airdesk client, you can ensure:

  • software license compliance
  • active antivirus, browser and firewall protection
  • required computer or user configuration
  • effective remote support and remediation
  • etc.

The Airdesk Managed Client service extends manageability to (for example):

  • laptops outside the office
  • private devices accessing data over VPN or remote desktop
  • small branch or overseas offices
  • standalone devices not joined to the domain
  • non-Windows devices: Mac OS X, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad etc.
  • etc.
